Return within 14 days of dispatch date. Items must be in resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached) include completed return/exchange form .Use registered post as we cannot assume responsibility for unregistered shipments Please allow 10 business days for refund processing or exchange fulfillment

FAULTY ITEMS
Our Quality Assurance Team will inspect returned items. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, free replacement/refund including return shipping will be conducted.
If no fault is found, Standard return policy applies.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept returns for unused items with original tags and cannot accept worn, washed, or altered items. Refund amount excludes original shipping charges . No additional freight for replacement items
SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS
