Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:  

Item must be unused and in its original condition  

Original packaging must be intact  

Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required  

Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)  

Intimate/sanitary products  

Hazardous or flammable materials  

Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)  

Items damaged through customer misuse  

Important:

Do not return items directly to the manufacturer  

Returns after 30 days will not be accepted  

 

Refunds

  1. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item  
  2. You will be notified via email about:  

   Receipt of your return  

   Approval/denial of your refund  

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method  

   Processing time depends on your bank (typically 5-10 business days)  

Late/Missing Refunds?

  1. Check your bank account  
  2. Contact your credit card company  
  3. Reach out to your bank  
  4. If unresolved, email us at service@TCMTea.com  

Special Cases

Sale Items:Final sale – not eligible for refund  

Exchanges: Only for defective/damaged items  

   Email photos to service@TCMTea.com  

Gifts:  

– If marked as gift: Receive gift credit via mail  

If not marked as gift: Refund goes to original purchaser  

Return Shipping  

– Customer pays return shipping costs  

– Shipping fees are non-refundable  

– For items over $75, we recommend:  

  – Trackable shipping  

  – Shipping insurance  

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
